The Administrative court of First instance have jurisdiction over all administrative cases, except those which by law shall have jurisdiction of the Supreme Administrative Court.

Residences and Judicial areas of Administrative courts coincide with residences and judicial areas of the County courts.

The Administrative Court proceedings are heard by a single judge, unless the law provides otherwise.
